Packaging
All orders are packed with a protective layer suited to the type of product.
Processing time
Orders placed on a business day are processed the same day or the next business day.
Delivery time
Tehran: 1–2 business days; other cities: 1–3 business days after handover to the post or courier.
Tracking
The shipment tracking code is sent to you by SMS after dispatch.

Return conditions
- Return requests are reviewed up to 48 hours after delivery, in coordination with support.
- Returns are accepted if the item doesn’t match the order, was damaged in transit or is defective.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with the invoice.
- Because of the hygiene-related nature of the products, opened items in good condition cannot be returned.
