How do I place an order?
Add the product you want to your cart, go to the checkout page, enter the recipient’s address and details, and pay through the bank gateway. Once your order is placed, a tracking code will be sent to you.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
سفارش‌ها پس از تأیید، طی ۱ تا ۲ روز کاری برای تهران و ۱ تا ۳ روز کاری برای سایر شهرها ارسال میشوند. هزینهٔ ارسال هنگام تسویه بر اساس مقصد محاسبه و نمایش داده میشود. ارسال با پیک برای سفارش‌های بالای 500,000 Toman در گلپایگان و گوگد رایگان است؛ و با عضویت در خبرنامه، ارسال اولین سفارش‌تان رایگان میشود.
Can I be sure the products are authentic?
All items are sourced directly from official distributors and reputable wholesalers and stored under standard conditions.
Can I return a product?
Because of the hygiene- and health-related nature of the products, returns are only possible if the item doesn’t match the order, the packaging is damaged or the product is defective — arranged with support, within 48 hours of delivery.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is made fully online through a secure bank gateway.
